What the patients say:

“The programme is very helpful in providing a structure, a focus and the support to develop better lifestyle habits. There is useful and informed guidance on a group as well as an individual basis. The programme successfully raises awareness on a broad range of relevant topics, while providing the opportunity to receive clarifications which are not otherwise easily available. The sympathetically led individual and group sessions create an atmosphere which enables easy engagement allowing the greatest benefit from what is a well-balanced and valuable programme.”

“Thank you for this programme; it was the kick I needed to get back into exercise and a healthy lifestyle”

“The MyAction programme has been excellent in motivating me to make changes to my lifestyle which I hope I can maintain. All three professionals have been very approachable and friendly and have got across sometimes complex subjects in simple terms. For example, portion sizes being described as like a deck of cards or the size of a cheque book is much easier to relate to than so being many grams”

“I think this programme is especially good for people of my age (60+) as you wouldn’t join a gym, speak to a dietitian, or get the medical advice unless you really had to.
This way you get all three
with ease. ”
